General conditions at camping de Keralouet, Plobannalec-Lesconil

General terms and conditions
Rental by name and non-transferable.
No groups (associations, camps, etc.).
Family/friendship reunions: prior agreement from the manager.
Minors only not admitted.
Pets accepted subject to conditions and prior agreement (limited number).
Mandatory acceptance of GTCs and house rules.

Reservations
Pre-booking by email/telephone → 5-day option → confirmed on receipt of a deposit (30%).
Booking validated only after agreement from the campsite + deposit.
Balance required before arrival.
No changes possible in the month preceding the stay.
In case of unreported late arrival → rental vacated the next day at 8am, stay due in full.

Cancellation
+60 days before: refund – €20 fee.
31 to 60 days: deposit due (30%).
≤30 days: full stay due.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (e-mail or post).
Tip: take out cancellation insurance.

– For bookings made online (via our booking module), Cancellation & Interruption of stay insurance is offered in partnership with ANNULATION MEETCH.
– For bookings made directly with the campsite (telephone, e-mail, reception), Cancellation & Interruption of stay insurance is offered in partnership with Camp’In Assur by FFCC. Information and subscription document available in the INFOS – Documentation section.

Rental accommodation
Deposit: €320 (non-cashable).
Accommodation returned clean, otherwise €50 deducted from deposit.
Supplements: pets, visitors, tourist tax, etc.
Bed linen required (can be rented).
Third-party insurance required.
The campsite accepts no liability for theft/damage.

Pitches
Access badge deposit: €20, returned on departure.
Package included: up to 6 people, 1 vehicle.
Options: electricity, fridge, barbecue, baby kit, pets (subject to conditions), additional vehicle, etc.

Arrivals / Departures
Rentals: arrival 3pm – departure before 10am (last slot 9.45am).
Pitches: arrival 2pm – departure before 12am.
High season: accommodation rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Low season: 2, 3 or 4 nights minimum, depending on the period set by the campsite.

Opening hours
High season (July-August): 8am-12.30pm / 2pm-7.30pm
Low season (April-June, Sept.): 9am-12.30pm / 2pm-6.30pm

Pets under strict conditions
1 pet max. per rental/site (except in certain accommodations).
Up-to-date vaccinations, kept on a leash, never alone.
Walks outside the campsite, waste bags compulsory.
Not allowed on nearby beaches (prefectural decree).
Visitor pets not allowed.

Visitors
Accepted only during the day (number limited according to capacity).
Compulsory registration at reception + fee.
Access to facilities except swimming pool.
Guest’s responsibility.

Traffic/vehicles
Secure access by badge.
Traffic prohibited 11pm-7am (quiet at night).
Electric vehicle recharging prohibited on site: charging stations available at reception (extra charge).

Swimming pool
Reserved for campsite guests.
Children <10 years accompanied by a parent.
Bathing suit mandatory (no long shorts).
Shower + footbath mandatory.
Special diapers for toddlers.
Opening hours: end of May to September, 10am-12.30pm / 2pm-7pm (subject to weather, technical constraints or regulations).

Reserved for children aged 2 to 8, under parental supervision.

Waste
Containers outside (after the barrier): Yellow: packaging – Green: glass – Grey: household waste (in closed bags only)
Deposit outside containers prohibited.

Camping de Keralouet – Plobannalec-Lesconil
Open from April 1st to mid-September, the 3-star Camping de Keralouet welcomes you to a calm, natural environment, on a human scale and with an authentic spirit, ideal for lovers of seaside relaxation. Situated just a few steps from the Sables Blancs beach, you’ll appreciate the tranquility of the site, with no hustle and bustle, and the immediate proximity of coastal paths and cycle tracks. Located in Plobannalec-Lesconil, in the heart of South Finistère, the campsite is an excellent starting point for exploring the Pays Bigouden on foot or by bike, via Loctudy, Bénodet, Le Guilvinec or Penmarch. The famous Pointe de la Torche, a watersports paradise, is also nearby.
